TERMS
& CONDITIONS
Air Transportation:
Economy class regularly scheduled jet flights as
described in the programs. Airfares based upon group and
advance purchase excursion fares. Cancellation fees
after issuance of tickets is subject to penalties as
assessed by the airlines, and is generally
non-refundable. All fares are subject to change, and
will be the lowest to these tours. Accommodations and
Meals: Per the tour highlights as indicated in the
itineraries covering each tour. Similar hotels may be
used.
Cancellation/Refunds: If you cancel, there is no
charge until final payment is due, 60 days prior to
departure. Cancellation must be made in writing to
Incomparable Tours & Cruises, Inc. and can be e-mailed.
The following cancellation penalties will apply:
59-31 days prior to departure
date - 20% of total cost of a tour
30-16 days prior to departure
date - 50% of total cost of a tour
15 days prior to departure
date - NO REFUND will be made
Insurance: Incomparable
Tours & Cruises, Inc. is not responsible or liable for
loss, damage or theft of luggage or personal belongings,
or for personal injury, accidents, or illness while on
tour. Insurance is strongly recommended and is available
through Incomparable Tours & Cruises,Inc. at a nominal
cost to cover cancellation charges, trip interruption
costs, accident and baggage loss or damage. Incomparable
Tours & Cruises, Inc. offers this feature in partnership
with a division of Travel Guard. Our web site provides a
link to this facility. Simply click on the relevant link
provided on our site and select the plan that best suits
you, and submit your application online.
Prices Include:
Transportation as specified in the itineraries.
Accommodation, Sightseeing by private cars/motor coach
with local English speaking guides inclusive of entrance
fees to monuments and places of visit. Meals as
specified in the itineraries. Round trip airport
transfers and handling of two pieces of luggage per
participant, at all points during a tour. All taxes and
fees applicable to the itineraries.
Prices Do Not Include:
Passport Fees (most countries require that a passport
have a validity of 6 months from the date of entry into
the country), Visa Fees, Laundry, Valet Services,
additional baggage in excess of allowance, baggage and
accident insurance, Wines and liquors, Mineral Waters,
Food and beverages not on the regular menu of the
included meals and all other expenses of a purely
personal nature. Also airport taxes and tips to drivers,
guides and to your tour escort.
Tipping:
Tipping for the guides, drivers, the tour director, is a
very personal thing, relating to your impressions of how
you were served and/or looked after. Such expression of
appreciation should be offered on a voluntary basis.
NOTE: 1) All airfares
and land rates are subject to adjustment caused by
fluctuation in the U.S. Dollar Exchange Rate. 2) All
fares are subject to change and will be the lowest
applicable to the tours. 3) In the event of insufficient
registration of participants, we reserve the right to
offer an alternate departure date. 4) All tours will be
operated with a minimum of ten (10) passengers with
local tour guides. A tour director will be sent with 15
or more passengers. 5) Incomparable Tours & Cruises,
Inc. is not responsible for penalties levied by domestic
airlines for connecting flights due to changes in
international flight schedules, or for any other reason.
Responsibility:
Incomparable Tours & Cruises, Inc. and/or its Agent
act(s) as Agent for various companies whose
accommodations are made available by the tickets,
exchange orders, and/or tour certificates (when issued)
and assume(s) no responsibility nor liability in
connection with the service of any train, vessel,
carriage, aircraft or other conveyance which is used,
either wholly, or in part, to the performance of its
duty to the passenger, neither will they be responsible
for any act, error or omission, or for any injury to
person or property, loss, accident, delay or
irregularity which may be occasioned by reason of any
defect to any vehicle, or through neglect or default of
any company or person engaged in carrying out the
purpose for which tickets or coupons have been issued,
in the event that it becomes necessary or advisable, or
for any reason whatsoever, to alter the itinerary or
arrangements, such alteration may be made. Additional
expenses, if any, shall be borne by the passengers,
conversely. Refund will be made to the passengers, if
any saving is effected thereby. Also, in the event that
sufficient persons are not secured for a particular
tour, we reserve the right to cancel said tour, and
refund of monies paid will release the company of any
further obligation. We also reserve the right to decide
to accept or retain any person as member of any tour at
any time, and a refund for the unused portion of the
tour is the limit of our liability is such instance. The
usual passenger contract in use by the applicable
transportation company, when issued, shall constitute
the sole contract between said transportation company,
and the purchaser of a tour and/or the passenger. The
issuance and acceptance of air tickets and Exchange
Orders and/or Tour certificates, Travel Documents, or
issuance of any such document shall be deemed consent of
the above conditions. |
